Davit Gogolashvili

In 2022, I defended my thesis at EURECOM in the European Training Network WindMill (ETN) project, where I served as a doctoral student supervised by Maurizio Filippone. I also had the opportunity to be a visiting student at the Machine Learning Genoa Center (hosted by Lorenzo Rosasco) and at the Center for Research in Economics and Statistics, collaborating with Alexandre Tsybakov. Currently, I am a postdoc at the Weierstrass Institute for Applied Analysis and Stochastics (WIAS) in the Stochastic Algorithms and Nonparametric Statistics research group.

My current research interests include kernel methods, scalability of algorithms, transfer learning and optimization.
